The following is a list of rules and guidelines for printing with us.
When you place an order with us you are agreeing that you have read and agree to follow these guidelines. Pease make sure to read them thorougly.

• Production and Delivery Time
  
  As stated in the delivery section when you are placing an order, the delivery time provided does not include the production time for your order. 

  Any orders placed for local pick up after 3pm will be processed the next day.

  All orders for local pick up will be available for collection from 3pm onwards.
   
• Artwork
  
  We will print art as it has been supplied, this also applies for quote requests. Please make sure the version of the art you are uploading is the correct version and has no errors.
  
  Here's a list of other things to check over before submitting your artwork:
  • Backgrounds that are to be removed have been removed properly. We advise putting your image on a background that contrasts the original one to check.
  • We cannot improve nor are we responsible for low quaility prints if your artwork is low resolution. When possible export at 300 dpi.
  • Make sure your art is scaled correctly and within the template area.
  • All spellings are correct.
  • All the colours selected for added text are correct.
  • Files are saved using CYMK, this is the colour set up printer ink uses. If the file is saved in RGB colours may look different on when printed.

Not all artwork will be accpetable for DTF printing. If you are unsure send us a quote request or use the contact us section and we can advise you further on what steps can be taken.
 

• Garments
  
  Our garment supplier is Pencarrie, in the unlikely event the garment arrives damaged we will always aim to have the garment replaced before you arrive for collection. But, there may be cases where we are unable to do so.
  
  If you wish to place an order using a garment we don't currently have available on our site please contact us for a quote and provide the item code from Pencarrie.
  
  We are able to pirnt on your own garments but, all orders doing so must be placed in store so we can check if the garment is suitable for printing.
