Printing Rules & Guidelines

The following is a list of rules and guidelines for printing with us. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to follow these guidelines.

Please ensure you read them thoroughly before submitting your order.

Production & Delivery Time

As stated in the delivery section at checkout, the delivery timeframe provided does not include the production time required for your order.

Any orders placed for local pickup after 3pm will be processed the next working day. All local pickup orders will be available for collection from 3pm onwards on the agreed collection date.

Artwork

We print artwork exactly as it is supplied. This also applies to artwork submitted for quote requests.

Please ensure the version of the artwork you upload is the final, correct version and contains no errors.

Before submitting your artwork, please check the following:

  • Any backgrounds that need to be removed have been removed correctly. We recommend placing your image on a contrasting background to check for any leftover edges.
  • We cannot improve low-resolution artwork and are not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution files. Where possible, export your artwork at 300 DPI.
  • Your artwork is scaled correctly and fits within the template area.
  • All spelling is correct.
  • All colours selected for text and design elements are correct.
  • Files are saved in CMYK colour mode. Printers use CMYK ink; artwork saved in RGB may print differently than it appears on screen.
  • Not all artwork is suitable for DTF printing. If you are unsure, please submit a quote request or contact us so we can advise you on the best approach.

Garments

Our primary garment supplier is Pencarrie. In the unlikely event that a garment arrives damaged, we will always aim to have it replaced before your collection date. However, in rare cases, this may not be possible.

If you wish to order a garment that is not currently available on our website, please contact us for a quote and provide the relevant Pencarrie item code.

We are able to print on customer-supplied garments. However, these orders must be placed in-store so we can assess whether the garment is suitable for printing.
