Returns & Refunds Policy

Custom Printed Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom printed garments are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Custom t-shirts
  • Hoodies
  • Workwear
  • Items printed with customer-supplied artwork

By placing an order, you confirm that all artwork, sizes, quantities, and placement details are correct.


Artwork Responsibility

All prints are produced exactly as supplied.

We are not responsible for:

  • Low-resolution images resulting in poor print quality
  • Spelling, grammar, or design errors provided in artwork
  • Issues with transparency/backgrounds not correctly removed

We strongly recommend:

  • Supplying artwork at 300 DPI
  • Checking designs on different backgrounds before submitting

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty or does not match your approved specification, we will:

  • Offer a free reprint, or
  • Provide a refund or partial refund where appropriate

To report an issue:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Provide clear photos of the issue
  • Include your order reference

We may request the item to be returned before issuing a resolution.


Sizing & Fit

All garments are supplied according to standard manufacturer sizing.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect sizes selected by the customer
  • Fit preferences (e.g. slim vs relaxed fit)

Sizing guides are available upon request.


Colour Variations

Please note:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes
  • Exact colour matching is not guaranteed, especially across different garment types or materials

Customer-Supplied Garments

For items provided by the customer:

  • We are not liable for damage during the printing process
  • No refunds or replacements will be offered for misprints on customer-supplied items

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before production begins
  • Once printing has started, cancellations are not possible

Delivery Issues

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and do not include production time
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers

If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.
