Terms of service
1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern all orders placed with Print Manchester (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Orders & Acceptance
- All orders are subject to availability and acceptance
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
- An order is only confirmed once payment has been received (unless otherwise agreed in writing)
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
- Quotes are valid for 14 days unless specified
- Full payment is required before production begins (unless account terms are agreed)
4. Custom Products
All items produced are custom-made to order.
By placing an order, you confirm:
- All artwork, spelling, sizes, quantities, and placements are correct
- You have the right to use any logos, images, or designs provided
Custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of fault or error on our part.
5. Artwork & Printing
- All artwork is printed as supplied
- We do not proofread or modify designs unless explicitly agreed
We are not responsible for:
- Low-resolution artwork
- Incorrect colours due to file setup or screen differences
- Backgrounds or transparency issues in submitted files
We recommend:
- 300 DPI resolution
- Transparent backgrounds where required
- Vector files (SVG, AI, PDF) where possible
6. Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork, you confirm:
- You own the rights to the design, or
- You have permission from the copyright holder
We are not liable for any copyright or trademark infringement claims arising from customer-supplied designs.
7. Production & Turnaround
- Production times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Timeframes begin once artwork is approved and payment is received
- Delays may occur due to stock issues or high demand
8. Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and exclude production time
- We are not responsible for courier delays, loss, or damage in transit
- Risk transfers to the customer once goods are dispatched
9. Returns & Faults
Please refer to our Returns Policy.
In summary:
- Custom items cannot be returned unless faulty
- Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- We may require photographic evidence and/or return of goods
10. Customer-Supplied Garments
- Printing on customer-supplied garments is done at your own risk
- We are not responsible for damage, misprints, or issues during production
- No compensation will be provided for failed prints on supplied items
11. Cancellations
- Orders may only be cancelled before production begins
- Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted
12. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to:
- The value of the goods supplied
We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of business, profit, or opportunity
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our control, including:
- Equipment failure
- Supply chain disruptions
- Natural events or emergencies
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom.
