This Shipping Policy outlines how orders from Print Manchester are processed, produced, and delivered.

All orders are subject to production time before dispatch.

2. Production Time

  • All items are made to order
  • Production typically takes 2–5 working days, depending on order size and workload
  • Larger or bulk orders may take longer

Production time begins once:

  • Payment has been received
  • Artwork has been approved (if applicable)

3. Delivery Time

Delivery timeframes are in addition to production time.

Typical UK delivery estimates:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–3 working days
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 working days

Please note:

  • Delivery times are not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur during busy periods

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or provided in your quote
  • Prices vary based on order size, weight, and delivery speed

5. Local Collection

We offer free local collection.

  • Orders are usually ready for collection from 3:00 PM onwards
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next working day

You will be notified when your order is ready.

6. Tracking

Where applicable:

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched

7. Delays & Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Couriers
  • Weather or transport issues
  • High seasonal demand

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility passes to the courier.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is:

  • Lost → We will work with the courier to investigate
  • Damaged → Contact us within 48 hours with photos

We will:

  • Offer a replacement where appropriate
  • Assist in resolving claims with the courier

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

We are not liable for:

  • Delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts

Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
