A flyer does something nothing online does: it goes into a hand, a letterbox or a pocket, and it stays there. For an opening, an event, a menu drop or a charity push, a few hundred of them puts you in front of people who were never going to find you any other way.
Three sizes - A6 to hand out, DL for letterboxes and menus, A5 when you need the room - on 135, 170 or 250gsm silk. 135gsm is the classic flyer weight; 250gsm is closer to a postcard and feels like something worth keeping rather than something to bin.
Full colour on both sides as standard, from 25 up to 10,000. Send your artwork with the order and we will check it before it goes on press - bleed, resolution and anything that is going to crop. They are printed here in Manchester, so a Thursday deadline is a conversation rather than a support ticket.

Prepare files in CMYK using the FOGRA39 (ISO Coated v2) profile. Not sure? We can convert it for you - just note that converting from RGB can shift the colours slightly from what you see on screen.
Every image and graphic in your artwork should be at least 300 dpi at final size. Anything much lower prints soft or pixelated. (Upload your file above and we'll check the resolution for you instantly.)
Trimming can deviate very slightly, so:
Minimum font size is 6 pt. Fonts must be embedded or outlined. Small black text should be 100% black (C0 M0 Y0 K100) so it prints crisp rather than fuzzy.
Please proofread carefully - we don't check spelling or typos.
Lines should be at least 0.25 pt. Reversed-out (negative) lines should be at least 0.5 pt, or they can fill in on press.
Keep total ink coverage below 300%. In Photoshop, convert images to CMYK with a 260% ink limit (Convert to Profile → Photoshop 5 Default CMYK). Too much ink can smudge and slows drying.
Stacks are trimmed together, so there's always a small cutting tolerance. It's usually unnoticeable - but a thin border makes it obvious. On anything smaller than A4 (210 × 297 mm), avoid borders narrower than 20 mm, or the design can end up looking off-centre.
