These give the sharpest result. Not sure about any of it? Send us what you have — we check every file before it goes near the press.
The wrap prints at 20 × 8.5 cm, so your image wants to be roughly 2400 × 1000 pixels or bigger. A photo straight off a phone is usually plenty; a logo pulled off a website usually isn't.
The print stops either side of the handle. Leave about 1 cm of breathing room at each end of your design, or the edges disappear round the back.
Sublimation can't print right to the very edge of the ceramic. Keep anything important 5 mm clear of the top and bottom of the wrap — a background can run to the edge, but text shouldn't.
Screens glow, mugs don't. Strong oranges, deep reds and neons come out a touch softer than they look on screen. If an exact colour matters, tell us and we'll sample it first.
If your design should sit on the white mug rather than in a coloured block, send a PNG with a transparent background. A JPG always brings a white box with it.
Hairline strokes and text under about 8 pt can fill in on a curved surface. Bold, simple artwork prints best on a mug.
The print is fused into the mug's coating, so it's dishwasher and microwave safe and won't peel. To keep it looking new for years, a wash by hand and no metal scourers is kinder — the same as any printed mug.
