These terms govern your use of the Print Manchester website and any order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to them.
Print Manchester is a garment printing and signage business based in Manchester, UK. You can reach us at sales@printmanchester.co.uk.
When you place an order you're making an offer to buy. We'll confirm receipt, but a contract is only formed once we accept your order and take payment. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, there's a pricing error, or we're unable to reproduce the artwork supplied.
Because most of our products are printed or embroidered to order, please check your design, spelling, sizes, colours and quantities carefully before ordering.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any artwork, logos, images or text you supply, and that it does not infringe anyone else's intellectual property or contain unlawful content. By uploading artwork you confirm you have those rights. We may decline to print anything we reasonably consider unlawful, offensive, or infringing.
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment provider. We don't see or store your full card details.
Turnaround and delivery information is set out on our Delivery page. Estimated dates are guidance, not guarantees, and can be affected by stock, artwork approval and courier delays.
As our items are personalised and made to order, the standard cooling-off period does not apply to a change of mind. Full details — including what happens if an order arrives faulty or not as approved — are on our Refunds & Returns page. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
We take great care with every order. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We don't exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under UK law.
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published here when you order.
